May love rain down on us, so we know why God calls us beloved.
May challenges and questions fill our days, so we know the Spirit of Wisdom and Creativity who walks with us.
May many opportunities to see Jesus in each other arise, so we practice compassion, justice, and mercy as Jesus did.
Go out into God’s world knowing you are never alone and always loved. Amen.
benediction
benediction: the kingdom of heaven
Do not be afraid.
The kingdom of heaven comes to change and transform us,
to reshape the world according to God’s reconciling will.
Go forth to bear witness to this community of love.
May the living presence of Christ be with you,
the life-giving power of God sustain you,
and the perfect light of the Holy Spirit shine within you,
now and to the end of the age. Amen.

benediction: do not be afraid
Beloved, children of God,
do not be afraid to celebrate the presence of Christ this week,
for the true gifts we receive are from the Holy Spirit.
Go out to bear Jesus’ promise into the world,
that we are saved from our sins,
just as the prophets have foretold!
Go out in the strength of Emmanuel, for God is with you.
Go out in the grace of God almighty, for the Holy Spirit is upon you.
Go out filled with the love of the Holy Spirit, for Emmanuel is born among us again today! Amen.

benediction: delight God’s heart
Servants of God, who delight God’s heart,
go forth by the power of the Holy Spirit
to do justice, strengthen the weak, and free those in bondage.
Go forth as ministers of the covenant
made for us in Jesus Christ.
Go forth in the hope of the new dawn,
shining in God’s light.
As you go forth,
may the hope of Christ’s coming,
the power of the Spirit’s presence,
and the glory of God’s kingdom
be with you always. Amen.

benediction: attentive
Wherever you find yourselves this week,
may you be attentive to God’s call on your life
and the special grace of the Holy Spirit that has placed you just there.
Whomever you meet this week, may you love and serve them as you have been loved and served in Jesus Christ.
And may the blessing of God Almighty,
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
be with you and remain with you always. Amen.
